Adds or removes the Bioluminescence or Color Shift trait.

When redesigning, the color of the glow from bioluminescence does not require the use of a Betta Brush.

It's unfortunately not uncommon for these colorful buds to fall before they're ready. Due to this, unripe Fallen Tails can be found at the base of the various Dusktrees in the dunes. Curiously, they can be fed to critters for a sweet but savory snack, described for their particularly tangy flavor, without providing the effect of a fully ripe Fallen Tail.
