Litterleaf
For a long period the dunes were thought to be uninhabitable, and as a result they became a magnet for garbage. These strange plants grew from an invasive succulent species combining with the pieces of litter left across the dunes. The petals of these succulents would hide beneath what once was rubbish to create a long-term shelter from the intense heat during the summer months.
