TERRA-3064: Eldritch

This Terra is based off of my other OC, Horizon, who is a mushroom fae shape shifting thing! 
It's normal form carries the name Heiro (Horizon's original name)
It's two lower forms carry the names Hue and Array (also after Horizon's other names) 

The beast itself can just be called Eldritch though, it's no biggie :]
