Varska. Her deep brown coat blends in with the fall leaves that have left their trees, as well as the dark soil that dons the earth. She is laying in the leaves, watching the people go about the beautiful, starry night filled with spooks, scares, and friends just having fun.

Ow! Seems like she blended in too well. Her friend Ambrosia accidentally stepped on her tail again.. "Oh deer... Sorry about that!" The clumsy little Plantem says.
"Watch where you're going!" Varska says back, with a small scowl, before chuckling. "Ah, I can't stay mad at you. I just blend in here way too well."
Ambrosia replies, chipper, "What if we made you not blend in? I can get you an outfit!"
"You're just trying to get me to dress for Halloween. I don't like candy."
"Come on! I think you'll look adorable with some spooky outfit! Maybe even like.. a pumpkin hat with an orange coat!"
"Fine. You and your pumpkins. Im not wearing a coat, though."
Ambrosia giggles. "Deal!"

That night, they go to the pumpkin patch, taking one of Owen's failed carved pumpkins and putting it on Varska like a hat. Owen sees this makeshift costume on the plantem and finds this whole thing funny. "What a halloween."
