The pair of friends made their way up to the crash site and, to put it lightly the world was turned upside down. the giant terralien people had reported seeing? All real. The missing items? All here.
Ghost had run tot he pile of items to grab his phone when he noticed the enormous Terralien.
He wasn't the sort to scream, but jump he sure did. "Don't eat my friend!" Zero yelled, putting up two tiny fists as he ran up ready to fight this titan.
However the 'titan' Terralien simply laughed softly and knelt down to give the tiny microbe a gentle pat on the head.
"Don't fret. I'm not here to eat anyone" Came a soft feminine voice.
She explained that her name was Lydia, and she was indeed looking to repair her crashed satellite. but in addition to that she needed materials for something she called an astrohedron that could create new Terraliens of the 'planetary' subtype.
The two friends listened, and while much of it went way over Ghost's head it seemed to be extremely interesting to Zero.
"So... all this stuff, can help make an astrohedron?" Zero asked, rubbing the base of his visor thoughtfully with his thumb and forefinger,
"Yes, well I still need a few things to have enough but I think I have enough here for one if you two would like to learn how to craft them. it would be a great help." Lydia replied softly, though she towered over both Ghost and Zero she seemed very gentle and non threatening, neither felt in any danger and in fact they felt incredibly privileged to get to help. this was an incredible opportunity, just thinking of the knowledge they could share if they got enough information to share with all of Terrah had Zero so giddy he nearly fumbled the box of tools off the makeshift workbench.
Ghost had no idea where to even start but it seemed simple to Zero. "How does... any of this go together...?"
He said bewildered. "Is there something else I can help with that's...less complicated?" He added.
Lydia made a thoughtful sound for a moment and looked over her shoulder to where Junior was looking a bit bored.
" if you'd be so kind. my little sibling, junior, really wants to go to the playfair we saw while I was gathering materials but I'm so busy here. I think it would be a fine Idea. we can learn a bit from you as well."
Ghost...really did not want to be around people... but a playfair wasn't *TOO* terrible... he was pretty good with kids at least, of course he was, you can't be friends with Zero and not be able to tolerate childishness. how someone so intelligent could also be SO silly was beyond him.
"Sure, I think I can handle that." Ghost replied with a thumbs up. The young terra seemed to absolutely beam with excitement, bouncing around Ghost happily.
"Okay, Zero, don't annoy Lydia too much while I'm gone." Ghost chuckled as eh took Junior by the hand to leave for the fair.
This was gonna be one incredible story article.
