The next day, Nyano is awoken by knocking at their door. Begrudgingly, they get up with a stretch and make their way down, where a new friend awaits them. At the door, is an unfamiliar face. Well, two. They both have plants in their visors. Planets? That’s unheard of around these parts. Nyano asks the two what they’re doing here, to which the taller one, whose name is Lydia, explains they were stopping by and wanted to see if Nyano could help her and her brother Junior. You see, they were the ones in the spaceship last night that Nyano had a close encounter with. Somewhat unphased by the sudden house guests, Nyano obliged to help. They invited the two into their home. Lydia sent Junior in as she went to get her supplies needed to create the Astrohedrons. The Astrohedrons? That was a weird thing that Nyano has never heard of before. Looking back outside, Nyano realized that there was a giant spaceship parked in their front yard.
That was a lot bigger than Nyano had imagined from last night. Junior had managed to somehow get the TV working upstairs, being somewhat small Nyano had assumed that Junior was a child, a baby bones you might say. Lydia came back with some supplies, laid out on a table outside. Back and forth and back and forth she went, retrieving the stuff from the inside and bringing it outside. Curious, Nyano stepped outside and went to check the inside of the spaceship. Nyano had assumed that Junior was smart enough not to destroy their home while not around, so Nyano let them be for the time being. The spaceship was a lot bigger than it looked from the outside; was that an optical illusion? Nyano wasn’t sure, but the ship was filled with all kinds of colorful tubes, buttons and screens. Lydia called Nyano over to take a look at some of the finished Astrohedrons on the table. Amazing, they were like mini universes inside a multi-sided figure. Lydia explained the process of how this worked to Nyano, and how long it took to create them. Fascinating, Nyano thought to themselves. Lydia apologized for last night if she frightened Nyano. Nyano shrugged it off and said she needn’t to worry. She quickly got back to her work, watching her mix tubes of liquids, changing colors, fizzing, popping, creating smoke, you name it. The mold in which to fill the contents to create an Astrohedron was held over a large machine, once the contents were all filled, Lydia pressed a button and it lowered the Astrohedron into the machine. The process of creation was beginning.
