(Just in case)

Well, this was strange. Her ears perked to the humming sound that took over the surrounding area, all of nature’s natural calls came to an eerie silence abruptly that cause her fur to rise to an invisible threat. Though that was the least oddity that was occurring, the sky almost seemed to have vanished for a moment as the blue sky flickered to showcase the stars that hid behind the daytime.
C4-Z raised her head, once inspecting a small insect that was crawling on a simple flower. However, nothing could prepare her for the sudden burst of wind and an explosion followed. It launched her against a near by tree, giving little time to brace for anything else. Out like a light, she remained there for some time.
Thankfully not too long.
About a day’s past, her visor sprung to life as a pair of glowing green eyes stared at the new environment.
“What in the world…?” Lifting up, the sting of that sat at the back of head laid protest to these movements, “HOLY MOTHER- Gahhh.. Ow. Ow. Ow.”
Wincing, she managed to push forward and have a look around the place. This new place, as she was met with an assortment of colors that now décor the wildlife. It was a sea of what could only be described as an alien jungle with everything pulsating glows of purples and vibrate pinks. Flowers that were once inferior had grown huge and almost took on a monstrous appearance with strange growths of gems, vines, pools of dripping acid surrounding them.
Enamored by the new species, she failed to realize a single plant that was slithering down the tall grass and was coming up behind her.
SNAP!
“AHHHH! WHY?!” She hollered in pain, lifting her poor tail to see a living vine that was twirled together to imitate a snake, the flower head appearing like a Venus flytrap.
Using her robot arm, she hovered it behind what she could assume was the ‘tail’ of the plant and snatched the snake-plant creature. It flinched as C4-Z yanked it in moment’s notice, tearing off a bit of her fur but hurling the thing into the air like a poorly made kid’s boomerang.
“And don’t come back!” She called to the air, letting out a small, defeated sigh to another injury she now must care for.
She began to inspect the area around her, much more carefully, getting rid of any threats before finally settling in a small patch of low-cut grass. Bandaging her wounds, she pulled her holograms up that gathered data.
Reports. Lots of them.
All recent, oldest only seem to be 17 hours. More are still incoming as the recent was nearly less than a minute.

Her blood went cold, but there was curiosity that sunk into her tingling skin.
