Jelly had discovered something, a soft melody in the distance as he checked it out in his curiosity which had taken over him. The snow crunched softly below his hooves as he stepped closer to the lovely tune as he discovered an interesting instrument to say the lest. Sitting down next to it, he got a closer look at the foreign instrument where he saw the text "Wintertide Whistle" written on it yet he didn't acknowledge it, just laying down in the cozy cold snow to enjoy the calming melody and get some rest from the exhausting Christmas preparations. It didn't take long for the music to fade out, completely stopping after a bit as Jelly sat up in annoyance, checking the box to find out why it stopped until his vision fell on a type of lever. Jelly didn't know what to do with it so he just started playing around with it, turning the nob as the music returned, making him jump up in excitement. Getting an idea he instantly ran off to grab his friend, dragging him after himself but by the time they had returned the music had already stepped once more. Jelly instructed the taller to wait, patting him on the chest as he moved over to the music box, turning it on tho Rattler just stared in confusion as the melody surrounded them. The tall one saw Jelly step closer to him, holding out his hand while tilting his head to the side in a manner that reminded him of a puppy, offer a dance and with a bit of hesitation he accepted, holding the shorter in a soft grip. Getting dragged to a more open area, yet still being close enough to the music box the shorter showed him the steps, making him follow closely.

They moved around in a soft manner, swaying from side to side along the music which both enjoyed more then they thought they would. Dancing around in unison, filled with joy they painted a beautiful pattern in the snow, leaving a mark of their joyful evening which both would probably never forget. Jelly turned up his head to the taller before bumping the side of his visor against the tallers chest, just enjoying the moment yet the music faded out, making Rattler stomp over to the music box in annoyance before starting at it, thinking for a moment before kicking it as the comforting moment has been ruined by it. The shorter instantly rushed over, pushing him back just the slightest bit so he doesn't break it he turned on the music yet another time to calm the tallers nerves. Throwing the other a small glance, Jelly continued dancing around, moving around the taller before rushing into a hug which made both of them fall over into a pile of snow, making them chuckle. They just continued to listen to the music for the rest of the evening, enjoying each other's presence until the sun set, making both of them decide that it was the best to go home after such an eventful evening.
